AWAKEN

Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

The short version

Awaken keeps your information on your own phone. We do not run accounts, adverts or analytics, and we do not sell data.

What stays on your phone

Your food stock, settings, checklist ticks and backups are stored only on your device. We never receive them. The camera is used only to scan barcodes, and no pictures are kept or sent anywhere.

Licence check

When you enter your licence key, the app sends the key and a device name (for example "Awaken Pixel 7") to Lemon Squeezy, our payment and licensing provider, so it can confirm the key is valid and count your devices. About once a week, if you are online, it checks again that the licence is still valid. Nothing else is sent. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment and the details you give when buying; see their privacy policy.

Problem reports

If you tap "Email a problem report", the app opens your own email app with a message to us that includes the app version, your phone model and recent error lines. You choose whether to send it. We use it only to fix the problem.

Website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Your rights

If we hold your email address from a support message, you can ask us to see it or delete it. Contact hello@awakensurvival.uk.

Not medical advice

Awaken is a memory aid and is not a replacement for first aid training or the emergency services. In an emergency call 999 or 112.
